We are authorized by Apple to perform MacBook, iMac and Mac Pro repairs through our mitracare in 6 cities in Indonesia.
Our technicians undergo extensive training and examinations to become Apple certified. We only use genuine Apple parts and repairs carry the standard Apple guarantee.

Walk-in RMA Swap Center
At the moment, Sitcomasia is trusted by two HDD manufactures to manage swap center.
Scope of Work is not limited to unit replacement and Visual Mechanical Inspection execution on customer unit but also inventory tracking & control it includes RMA process.
