Mitracare by Sitcomasia has over 6 years as a Apple Authorized Service Provider. Which is we have lot of experience to serve all Apple’s Customers properly. We repair all Apple’s products including international warranty.

LENOVO ASC

Lenovo Mobile Service Center trust mitraCare as their Service Center in Indonesia. We serve all Lenovo Mobile products whether still in warranty coverage or not. We serve the best service repair for Lenovo’s users.  

MOTOROLA ASC

Since Motorola came to Indonesia and now they have changed the brand become Moto but still trust mitraCare as a Authorized Service Center. We serve both of products Motorola and Moto. 

SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE

PT Sitcomtara member of Sitcomasia Group, we are the official Partner of Samsung for INDONESIA in Sumatera & Java area, with total of 21 Customer Service.

SEAGATE RMA CENTER

Seagate Exclusive Swap Center located in Ruko Cempaka Mas managed by PT Sitcomasia Prima Utama, member of Sitcomasia Group.

WD AND SANDISK RMA CENTER

Through mitraCare Duta Merlin, Western Digital including SanDisk trust mitraCare as a their RMA swap center. It means WD’s customers can claim the warranty in mitraCare.

MitraCare, is Authorised Multibrand Service Center for product of Apple, Lenovo, Moto, Western Digital & Seagate. We are existing in 7 Service Centers in 7 cities in Indonesia.

We have service and maintenance for Air Conditioner. We do maintenance for all type in Central Air Conditioner and AC Split. This service for Corporate Solution, B2G, B2B & B2C.

Eulim present to give you complement your accessories needs. We have tagline Be Bold and Different means we have something different than the other.
